Reach Beyond Your Comfort Zone

There is a time and place for galleries however do you want to have 20% to 90% taken away when you can learn to do this for yourself. I was listening to an interview done by Ann Rea. She was talking to an artist who had 8 galleries making $200 a year, then all of a sudden 7 out of the 10 galleries went out of business. One of the galleries had $30,000 in her art at the closing of the gallery when they never owned the art. Take ownership, understand your mission, reach out and serve more your audience.
