Keep On Experimenting In What Works and What doesn't

The first artist group I started failed. I am fine with this, I didn't take it personally. When one thing doesn't work, keep on working through it to see what does. Be strong in your vision and what you see as what is going to happen for the long term. Get constructive feedback to improve yet pick and choose what is best. Make what you have dynamic and multi dementional. Ask for others to join in who are committed. Anything great, you must work in numbers of people to accomplish more since your energy is condensed instead of doing everything on your own. You only have so much time and resources to do what is needed. Think of it as a team in which works together with everyone benefiting. When others see theirself benefiting and florishing the whole picture shifts.
