Manage Stress/Have A Better Quality Life

Today, my mother had a flat tire on the way back to home. She was stressed out. I said at least you were close to home and the vehicle didn't roll over. If you vehicle is top heavy it is more likely to flip. She got home safely after recieving roadside service. I said, You made it safely home and this is what matters most.

Another is my father was 4 1/2 hours late to fix a dryer. I wasn't communicated with despite the situation in the rain. I said, I could have been doing much more after leaving my home. I still was productive all day with not work related until the end half of the day. Setbacks are temporary. Get up early and start new and fresh the next day. Be grateful you have a new opportunity each day you are alive.
